Refund policy

We accept return requests within [14/30] days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care devices may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Manufacturing defects are covered under our applicable warranty policy.
